We offer 3 hands-on AI training programs: Agents IA Pro (automation and AI agents), Creative IA Pro (visual creation with AI) and Vibe Coding IA Pro (building web apps with AI). Each program runs for 12 hours, split into 6 sessions of 2 hours over live video conferencing.

Our training programs are designed for professionals who want to master AI in their line of work. No technical prerequisites are required. A computer with an internet connection is all you need.

All of our training programs take place online in real time, via live video conferencing. You interact live with the instructor and the other participants.

Each program is offered at 497 euros. This price can be funded through your OPCO or France Travail.

Yes, UPGRADE ACADEMY is a Qualiopi-certified organization. Our training programs are eligible for OPCO funding. We support you through the administrative steps.

Our training programs are not yet directly eligible for the CPF (this requires an RNCP or RS certification in addition to Qualiopi). However, we work with certified partner organizations that can support you. Contact us to learn more.

Yes, we offer payment in installments. Contact us to arrange the terms that suit your situation.

Absolutely. As a Qualiopi-certified organization, we provide all the documents required (training agreement, detailed program, quote) to put together your OPCO file.

Qualiopi is the national quality certification for training organizations. It guarantees the quality of the training process according to a framework of 32 indicators. UPGRADE ACADEMY is Qualiopi-certified for training activities.

Our Qualiopi certificate is available on our Quality Approach page. You can also request it by email.

Assessment is ongoing throughout the training (hands-on projects) and concludes with a final evaluation. You receive a certificate of completion detailing the skills you have acquired.

Enrollment is possible up to 7 days before the training begins. For OPCO funding, allow additional time for the administrative steps.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the French Consumer Code. For any complaint, a formal procedure is available on our dedicated page.

Yes, the cancellation terms are detailed in our Terms and Conditions of Sale. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to contracts concluded remotely.

Yes, we adapt our training programs to the specific needs of each learner. Our disability liaison, Jérémy François (contact@selfupgrade.fr), reviews your situation and puts the necessary accommodations in place: adapted materials, adjusted scheduling, subtitling, assistive tools.
